I've had two entirely unrelated artists pop up in my head without the ability to stop thinking about them, so I'm listening to the two albums that are stuck there: I think our first game came close to 2 hours, but now that we know what’s going on we can finish a round in around an hour (maybe a little longer). We love that it’s co-op, and now that we’ve done a few rounds it’s a relatively smooth process. My husband is much more of a tabletop gamer than I am, so I think it has appeal to both more dedicated players like him and more casual players like me. Overall though, we very much like the game. The game technically “ends” after a year on the last day of winter, but you can easily roll into a new spring season if you need more time and just keep going until you’ve fulfilled all the goals. Much like the game, it can evoke a “so much to do and not enough actions to do it!” feeling, but it’s overall still very much on the chill side.

There’s a bit of a learning curve since there are a lot of different things at play. We’ve only played it with two players but are looking forward to when it’s safe to meet back up so we can try some four player rounds.
